The unique soil of the vineyard, intimately combined with the age of the globet grown grapevine of the Tempranillo pinot noir variety, make this wine of outstanding sensorial character possible, where the fruity expression of the Tempranillo variety unites with the adequate aging in French oak casks, accomplishing a perfect balance and a long bottle life.
Founded in the year 2008 from an old existing cellar in the wine producing quarter of Elciego, counts on a state of the art facility with a production capacity of 55,100 lb (25,000 kg) of grape, which uses the gravity system and where the grape is selected manually directly from the truncated cone shaped fermentation tanks of 11,000 gallon (50 hl) capacity.
